The project will take place between April 2022 and January 2024. Updates to the bylaws will be developed and adopted incrementally.

 

June 1, 2022 – Bylaw amendments were adopted, adding the Village Green District.

August 1, 2022 – Public Hearing on proposed amendment to Section 3.19 Non-Conformities, adding provisions for legacy uses and adaptive reuse.
